As Fair Once as He Now is Foul

An ensemble consisting of a velvet dress, transparent back piece and heavily structured velvet jacket with lurex mikado sleeves.  The back piece is made from PVC and epoxy resin embedded with acrylic crystals and rhinestones.  It hangs from a  harness underneath the jacket. The jacket features hand pad stitched lapels and chest pieces, boned front panels, and padding under the arms to create an exaggerated silhouette. Mikado sleeves are structured with buckram and boning and lined with sequined fabric.

Tiered wool sleeves hang from a leather harness over linen pants with pointed panniers. The look is finished with a PVC corset and brass stomacher.  The sleeves are supported with buckram and plastic boning, and the panniers are structured with buckram, boning, and steel rods. They attach to a brief built into the pants.

Ranitomeya Amazonica

A Leather and latex ensemble inspired by the colors of the poison dart frog.  The bodice is hand painted leather with boned sequin and scuba knit panels.  The sleeves feature fiberglass eyes set in the shoulder and wet blocked leather to form the eyelid shape.  A silk twill and metallic net overskirt is slit high on the side to reveal a blue latex underskirt.

Sclera

A coat featuring a dramatic shawl collar, shoulder fins, and pannier inspired silhouette. The fins are supported with plastic boning and the coat body maintains its shape through a combination of boning, horsehair braid,and metal weights.
